Nofar represents investors and buyers from various technological fields, including leading Israeli and foreign funds and investors, and advises them in executing investments and acquisitions of Israeli companies.
Nofar has extensive experience in representing entrepreneurs, startups and high-tech companies, throughout all stages of their lifecycles, from the incorporation and initial capital raising, providing ongoing commercial legal services, all until exit or IPO.
Prior to joining our firm, Nofar worked at a leading law firm.
