Adv. Shir Hagai provides legal counsel to both Israeli and international clients across various aspects of commercial and corporate law.

In her practice, Shir advises companies on ongoing corporate matters and offers legal services throughout their development stages, from company formation and drafting founders’ agreements to commercial contracts.

Shir completed her internship at Barnea Jaffa Lande.
