Nir Weissberger

Adv. Nir Weissberger is an expert in corporate and securities law with more than 30 years of specialized expertise and practical experience in public and private offerings in Israel and abroad, primarily in the United States and in Europe, and advises companies listed on Israeli, US and European stock exchanges. Nir also specializes in providing legal services for complex transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and for crowd-funding platforms.

Nir advises high-tech companies engaging in the fields of information technology (hardware and software), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, medical devices and medical diagnostics throughout all stages, from initial financing and R&D stages to the commercial manufacturing and marketing stages. He also advises corporations on issues in commercial law and related regulations pertinent to the current legal requirements in R&D agreements, licensing agreements, clinical trial agreements, as well as for DBOM projects for high-tech-based facilities (such as automated logistics centers, robotic parking solutions and similar systems).
