Nir Weissberger

Nir is an of counsel in our firm’s Finance and Public Corporations Department.

Adv. Nir Weissberger is an expert in corporate and securities law with over 30 years of specialized expertise and practical experience in public and private offerings in Israel and abroad, primarily in the United States and in Europe. He advises companies listed on Israeli, US, and European stock exchanges. Nir also specializes in providing legal services during complex transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts, as well as for crowdfunding platforms.

 

Nir advises high-tech companies engaging in the fields of information technology (hardware and software), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, medical devices,  and medical diagnostics. Nir counsels throughout all stages, from initial financing and R&D to commercial manufacturing and marketing . He also advises corporations on commercial law issues and the regulations relevant to the current legal requirements in R&D agreements, licensing agreements, and clinical trial agreements, as well as on DBOM projects for high-tech-based facilities (such as automated logistics centers, robotic parking solutions, and similar systems).

 

Nir represents investors (venture capital funds, institutional investors, technological incubators, holdings companies, and private entrepreneurs), founders, private and public companies, underwriters, and crowdfunding platforms.

 

Nir is the co-author of the “Israeli Securities Law” chapter of International Securities Law and Regulation, which is published by the Center for International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria, and updated annually
