Nir Weissberger

Adv. Nir Weissberger is an expert in corporate and securities law with over 30 years of specialized expertise and practical experience in public and private offerings in Israel and abroad, primarily in the United States and in Europe. He advises companies listed on Israeli, US, and European stock exchanges. Nir advises high-tech companies engaging in the fields of information technology (hardware and software), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, medical devices,  and medical diagnostics.
