Ron Zakay

Adv. Ron Zakay has extensive experience advising developers and property owners in urban renewal projects, including comprehensive legal counsel and representation in TAMA 38 transactions (both strengthening and expansion as well as demolition and reconstruction) and in urban renewal and pinui-binui (vacate and reconstruct) projects.

Ron’s  practice focuses on real estate transactions of all types, including real estate development, contractor and construction agreements, project financing, purchase and sale transactions, lease agreements, and related commercial arrangements.

His experience includes representing and advising public and private real estate companies, including residential developers and construction companies active in the urban renewal sector, from the initial stages of site identification and due diligence through planning, execution, and completion, up to project delivery and occupancy.

Prior to joining the firm, Ron practiced law at leading Israeli law firms.
