Our firm’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Practice advises companies, nonprofits, and creditors facing financial distress, supporting them through recovery and restructuring processes and complex debt arrangements. We manage court proceedings, lead commercial and corporate litigation, and provide legal opinions on insolvency, officers’ liability, and corporate governance.
The practice represents leading Israeli corporations and insolvency officeholders, as well as international clients.
The role includes supporting clients in insolvency proceedings, formulating and leading debt arrangements, advising creditors, and handling commercial and corporate litigation related to recovery and rehabilitation proceedings.
Requirements:

The Tax Department takes part in cutting-edge legal work in the field of taxation, including advising on complex and multidisciplinary transactions and creating tax structures for both leading Israeli and international individuals and corporations.
The position involves advising on local and international transactions from various tax perspectives, planning optimal tax structures for companies and individuals, handling international and local taxation, providing ongoing counsel, and supporting tax assessment procedures with the Israel Tax Authority, including managing tax appeals and securing optimal arrangements for clients. The position entails representing leading international companies, investment funds, and foreign corporations in the execution of acquisition transactions and investments in Israeli companies.
