Legal Support for Nova Memorial Initiative in Re’im

Our firm is honored to represent the bereaved families of the victims of the Nova music festival massacre of October 7, as part of a cooperation agreement with the Nova Tribe Association for the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the memorial site in Re’im. As part of this engagement, we assisted the association in securing funding and ensuring a respectful and collaborative framework between the parties dedicated to commemorating the victims. Adv. Israeli Supreme Court Precedent: Minimum Incarceration for Cartel Offenses

In early September 2025, the Israeli Supreme Court issued its ruling on Youngster v. State of Israel, also known as the “Poland trips cartel case.” In this landmark ruling, the Supreme Court called for the imposition of much harsher sentences for restrictive arrangements between competitors (cartels). It also set a minimum sentence of nine months of incarceration for such offenses.
