Amiad Water Systems Ltd is a world leading water filtrations company, traded on AIM, and was the first kibbutz owned company to ever list on a foreign (non-Israeli) stock exchange, a process that was introduced and led by Barnea Co in late 2005.

Barnea advised a well known French concern on its acquisition of Areva TD's transmission activities. Our client entered into a consortium agreement for a joint bid for the acquisition of Areva's TD business. Barnea successfully notified and received approval for the complex acquisition from the Israeli Antitrust Authority.
