Advising Azrieli Group on Construction of Spiral Tower in Tel Aviv

Our firm is advising Azrieli Group on the development of the Spiral Tower, a building currently under construction and located east of Menachem Begin Road, in Tel Aviv’s northern business district. The group has obtained a permit to build a mixed-use skyscraper of up to 91 stories (approximately 350 meters tall), including a seven-level underground parking facility with about 1,150 spaces. The project allows for the construction of 148,000 square meters of commercial, hotel, and residential space. At the tower’s base, a 13,000-square-meter shopping mall is planned as an extension of the existing Azrieli Center Mall.
