Gerby Ruth

Adv. Ruth Gerby brings over 20 years of experience, with a flexible and creative approach to handling a wide range of complex legal matters.

Ruth has unique experience in advising and representing local authorities and municipal administrations in relation to urban renewal. She serves as legal advisor to urban renewal administrations throughout Israel, including in Or Yehuda, Rishon LeZion, Sderot, Yavne and Azur and was involved in establishing the urban renewal administrations in Sderot and in Rishon LeZion.

Ruth also specializes in advising and representing planning and building committees. Ruth serves as legal advisor to planning and building committees in relation to all aspects of the committees’ activities.

Ruth advises complex urban renewal projects from the planning stage to the project realization stage, while working closely with planning institutions, such as the National Committee for the Planning and Construction of Preferred Housing Complexes and the Israeli Authority for Urban Renewal.
