Ruth Gerby, a partner, head of the municipalities practice, and coordinator of the planning & construction practice at our firm, spoke with TheMarker about the shift toward large-scale neighborhood models that integrate all daily needs in one place, with a strong emphasis on strengthening local identity.

Adv. Ruth Gerbi participated in a panel organized by the Urban Renewal Authority of Rishon Lezion. The panel, which took place yesterday, discussed issues such as recalcitrant tenants, warning notices, lawyers' professional ethics, and differential changes (or disparities) between property owners and other stakeholders in the project. Ruth presented the perspective of the tenants on each of the topics.
