Omri is a partner in our firm’s finance and public corporations department.
Adv. Omri Oren has extensive experience providing legal advice in the fields of commercial law, securities law and corporate law and assisting diverse companies with launches of private and public capital recruitments and debt issues. Omri also provides ongoing assistance to companies with their daily commercial activities and during complex processes in the Israeli capital market, including in relation to aspects of corporate governance, to the complexities of reporting, obtaining approvals, controlling shareholder transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, etc.
Omri has considerable experience providing legal advice and assistance to companies during IPOs and public and private offerings in the secondary market for shares, debentures and commercial securities.
Adv. Omri Oren also provides legal assistance to companies throughout the process of offering capital and debt issues on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Omri represents the firm’s clients before Israeli regulatory authorities and institutions in relation to complex offerings, including conducting negotiations with investors, underwriters, the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and more.

Another success: The 'Mediterranean Towers Ltd' Group completed the issuance of a new series of bonds
Adv. Omri Oren, Partner in the Finance and Public Corporations Department at our firm, along with Advs. Raz Landau and Batel Torangi, advised "Mediterranean Towers Ltd" Group in the issuance of a new series of bonds amounting to approximately NIS 200 million. The company received strong demand during the institutional offering phase, with demand reaching approximately NIS 684 million.
Transaction: Solrom Merges with Listed Company 3DM
Hagit Ross, Elad Reshtick, Omri Oren, and Alon Anava represented the public company 3DM in a merger transaction, wherein 3DM will acquire Solrom Electronics Ltd. Solrom is engaged in the development, planning, production, and marketing of products primarily for use in the defense market.
Mediterranean Towers and Clal Insurance & Finance Establish Joint Venture
Mediterranean Towers and Clal Insurance & Finance have signed an agreement to invest ILS 500 million for the establishment of a joint venture to locate and develop senior housing enterprises. The ILS 500 million will serve as the JV's equity capital, for up to ILS 3.3 billion in financing. Mediterranean Towers, a leader in senior housing complexes in Israel, will invest ILS 200 million in the joint venture and will own 51% of the rights and capital of the JV. Advs. David (Dudi) Cohen and Omri Oren represented Mediterranean Towers in the deal.
