Omri also provides ongoing assistance to companies with their daily commercial activities and during complex processes in the Israeli capital market, including in relation to aspects of corporate governance, to the complexities of reporting, obtaining approvals, controlling shareholder transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, etc.
Omri has considerable experience providing legal advice and assistance to companies during IPOs and public and private offerings in the secondary market for shares, debentures and commercial securities.
Adv. Omri Oren also provides legal assistance to companies throughout the process of offering capital and debt issues on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Omri represents the firm’s clients before Israeli regulatory authorities and institutions in relation to complex offerings, including conducting negotiations with investors, underwriters, the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and more.
