The event featured presentations of innovative ventures across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, mental health, advanced technologies, and digital innovation. During the event, Adv. Harel Perlmutter, head of the firm’s Tax Department, delivered a lecture on tax due diligence in investment and acquisition transactions, addressing key considerations relevant to investors and entrepreneurs.

Our team has extensive experience negotiating with investors and drafting and finalizing a wide range of investment instruments, including capital investments, SAFEs, CLAs, KISS agreements, and other financing structures.
We also represent a range of entities investing in startups, including venture capital funds, private investment funds, institutional investors, and angel or individual investors.
