Our Real Estate Department possesses extensive experience, including in the commercial real estate sector, and boasts unique expertise in advising on yielding real estate transactions, including for offices, commercial centers, hotels, assisted living centers, logistics centers, etc. The team has provided representation in some of the largest and most significant real estate deals in Israel.
The legal support we provide covers all stages of a real estate transaction, as well as continuous asset management. Services include carrying out all necessary due diligence checks, managing negotiations, signing and completing deals, and providing ongoing and comprehensive legal counsel on real estate asset management, including vis-a-vis tenants and/or other users of the space.
As part of entrepreneurship transactions, the department advises clients from the purchase of land, through construction and completion of the project, until receiving occupancy forms and registering rights at the Land Registry Office.
In addition, the department guides clients in real estate processes vis-a-vis the state authorities, including transactions for the purchase of rights in real estate, as part of tenders published by the Israel Land Authority. We advise from the earliest stage of submission of the tender bid, through negotiations for agreements to finance the purchase, and until completion of all procedures with the Israel Land Authority to grant the rights.
