She offers a wide range of legal services in commercial and corporate law, providing ongoing corporate guidance to high-tech, technology, and startup companies at all stages of their development, starting from company formation, drafting founders’ agreements, service agreements, commercial contracts, and in providing legal support on investment transactions, M&A, and in providing ongoing corporate support.
