Our firm hosted a webinar in collaboration with the Association of Corporate Counsel in Israel. Dr. Avishay Klein, head of our firm’s Privacy, Data Protection and Cyber Department, addressed a number of points, including the possible risks in contracting with artificial intelligence providers.

Advs. Netta Bromberg and Dr. Avishay Klein were interviewed by Yedioth Ahronoth and gave tips to employers regarding the correct use of artificial intelligence in workplaces.

Our firm hosted the “AI Regulation" conference, with the participation of Gilad Samama, head of the Israel Privacy Protection Authority, and other senior officials. The conference was held in collaboration with the International Association of Privacy Experts (IAPP) and the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce. At the conference, Dr. Avishay Klein, head of our firm’s privacy, data protection and cyber practice, lectured on the regulation of artificial intelligence in Israel and around the world.  

The increasing commercial use of AI-based pricing engines will place new challenges before Israel’s competition authorities, both due to concerns about the creation of new means of price coordination between competitors, and, perhaps primarily, because such pricing engines intensify the competition failures that already exist, especially in low-competition markets.
