A Practical Webinar: Revising the Compensation Policy
We are holding a Practical and focused webinar with GCs for GCs, Led by Adv. Hagit Ross and Adv. Omri Oren, partners in the firm's Capital Markets Department. The session will provide clear guidelines for building an effective compensation policy – including best practices for structure, mandatory components, and key considerations from regulatory, legal, and market perspectives that should inform the decision-making process. We will also take a close look at the special grant: when it is appropriate to include one, the rationale and circumstances for doing so, and how to best integrate it into the overall compensation framework – with a particular focus on the Israel Securities Authority’s current position and applicable legal requirements.

Entrepreneurship on Campus: Professional Lectures for Graduate Students at Tel Aviv University
Adv. Inbar Gorelik, a partner at our firm, gave a lecture as part of the "Entrepreneurship on Campus" program at Tel Aviv University, speaking to female graduate students about key topics in commercial law. Her lecture covered a wide range of subjects, including founders' agreements, company capital structure, various types of fundraising, and the commercial aspects of intellectual property.

Israel’s Privacy Authority Sets Strict AI Rules
In a recent op-ed in Israel Hayom, Dr. Avishay Klein from our firm comments on the draft guidelines issued by Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority to regulate the use of AI in organizations. The guidelines, set to take effect with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law in August 2025, introduce strict requirements—including a ban on using personal data without prior consent and heavy penalties for violations.
While establishing clear AI standards is a positive step, the one-sided emphasis on privacy—without addressing technological complexity and business needs—may create significant challenges. Organizations are urged to begin managing technological and regulatory risks in tandem.

Isracard Purchased 30% of Bizi For Tens of Millions of Shekels
IsraCard has acquired one-third of the shares in the fintech company BIZI, which provides loans to small businesses through a digital platform, at a valuation of 90 million NIS (pre-money).
