Hosting Entrepreneurs from jumpTAU Accelerator

The increasing commercial use of AI-based pricing engines will place new challenges before Israel’s competition authorities, both due to concerns about the creation of new means of price coordination between competitors, and, perhaps primarily, because such pricing engines intensify the competition failures that already exist, especially in low-competition markets. Representing the NFT GameChain in Its USD 24 Million A Round
We represented the Israeli crypto and NFT startup GameChain (UnCaged Studio) in raising USD 24 million as part of a series A round.
The round was led by Griffin Gaming Partners and was joined by Vgames, Maverick Ventures Israel, MaxStealth, Drive by DraftKings, and 6th Man Ventures.
Zvi Gabbay, Ariella Dreyfuss, Andrey Yanai and Tal Freilich provided representation in the transaction.

Manpower Challenges and Existing Tech Solutions
Many organizations are facing manpower issues related to recruiting and retaining employees. This has led to a sharp rise in HR tech. Globes interviewed experts from the technology field, among them Adv. Daniel Lorber, a partner at our firm. Daniel noted there are a variety of solutions for existing challenges: artificial intelligence platforms that detect bias and discrimination against candidates or that know how to read employee work patterns, augmented reality technologies that allow candidates to “see inside” an organization before deciding to join, and tools that can warn a company about employee burnout or an employee’s intention to leave the company.
