Insider Trading: An Interview with Adv. Hadar Israeli

About six months after the indictment was filed, the trial of Shay Lipman opened at the Tel Aviv District Court. Lipman, a former senior real estate analyst, is accused of profiting approximately 400,000 NIS from trading securities after being exposed to sensitive information and using insider information. Yesterday, Dr. Zvi Gabbay, the head of our firm’s Capital Market Department, lectured for compliance officers at BDO’s financial academy.
