The transaction follows the company’s recent success in securing five additional international tenders for the construction and development of natural gas infrastructure, with an expected total consideration of approximately EUR 16 million.

Yozmot - Real Estate Development, an entrepreneurial contracting company specializing in urban renewal, has successfully completed its inaugural bond issuance and is now listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising approximately ILS 50 million. The offering was supported by Adv. Elad Reshtick from our firm's Capital Markets Department.

Hagit Ross, Elad Reshtick, Omri Oren, and Alon Anava represented the public company 3DM in a merger transaction, wherein 3DM will acquire Solrom Electronics Ltd. Solrom is engaged in the development, planning, production, and marketing of products primarily for use in the defense market.

We represented Summa Technologies, which operates in the field of open banking, in obtaining a financial information services license from the Israel Securities Authority. Summa is the seventh company in Israel to receive this license. Elad Reshtick represented the client in this matter.

Elad Reshtick, Omri Oren, and Raz Landau represented Mediterranean Towers Ltd. in a ILS 300 million issuance of a new series of bonds held earlier this week. The company received offers for approximately ILS 533 million in the institutional phase.
