Legal Assistance Between States Law: A Violation of Suspects' Rights?

Advising Azrieli Group on Construction of Spiral Tower in Tel Aviv

Our firm is advising Azrieli Group on the development of the Spiral Tower, a building currently under construction and located east of Menachem Begin Road, in Tel Aviv’s northern business district. The group has obtained a permit to build a mixed-use skyscraper of up to 91 stories (approximately 350 meters tall), including a seven-level underground parking facility with about 1,150 spaces. The project allows for the construction of 148,000 square meters of commercial, hotel, and residential space. At the tower’s base, a 13,000-square-meter shopping mall is planned as an extension of the existing Azrieli Center Mall.

Represented Vaalon Capital in $72 Million Transaction

Our firm represented Vaalon Capital, through its SPV IWS, in the sale of its entire stake in Prodalim to Israel Corporation, the country’s leading publicly traded holding company, in a transaction valued at $72 million. The sale was part of an initial investment and two secondary transactions, through which Israel Corporation acquired a significant minority stake (~27%) for a total consideration of $116 million.
