Barnea Represents Orid Media Limited
Barnea represented Orid Media Limited in the sale of certain assets and liabilities, including its subsidiary Pariplay Limited, which holds an online gambling license in the Isle of Man, to a partially owned subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed Majesco Entertainment Company. Under the transaction, Majesco will invest between USD 3.5 million and USD 4.5 million.
