Barnea Represents Amiad Water Systems Ltd.
Barnea represented Amiad Water Systems Ltd., an AIM-listed public company, in its acquisition of a majority stake in JSK Engineering Co., an India-based supplier and manufacturer of water filtration products, from its local owner. Amiad Water Systems Ltd. is a world-leading water filtration company and was the first kibbutz-owned company to list on a stock exchange outside Israel. Barnea initiated and led its AIM listing in late 2005.
