Barnea Represents Tenova Group in Acquisition of Bateman Engineering
Barnea represented the Italy-based Tenova Group in its acquisition of Bateman Engineering for approximately USD 150 million. As part of the transaction, our firm represented Tenova S.p.A. in acquiring a 99% stake in Bateman Advanced Technologies Ltd., an Israeli company providing process engineering, technology, and equipment for solvent extraction and chemical treatment, for approximately USD 22 million.

Barnea Co. initiated and led the listing process in late 2005.
