V-Wave, a privately held company with offices in Israel and the U.S., completed a USD 28 million Series B financing round. The round was led by Johnson Johnson Innovation, JJDC Inc., represented by Barnea. Other investors included TriVentures, Pura Vida and BioStar Ventures, alongside existing shareholders BRM, the fund of Eli and Nir Barkat, Pontifax, and Edwards Lifesciences.

Adv. Ariella Dreyfuss published an article in The Lawyer, a leading UK legal publication, examining new Israeli legislation on alternative fundraising methods. The law aims to help small Israeli companies raise capital through crowdfunding and facilitate the establishment of high-tech funds to be traded on a new index on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
