Noam is an associate in our firm’s Finance and Public Corporations Department.
Adv. Noam Bukchin provides legal counsel on various aspects of commercial law, including the capital market, corporate law, and securities law.
As part of her practice, Noam advises clients during complex transactions, provides ongoing legal support during IPOs and secondary offerings of securities to the public, and prepares and drafts prospectuses and various reports that companies issuing securities to the public in Israel must file.

Yozmot - Real Estate Development, an entrepreneurial contracting company specializing in urban renewal, has successfully completed its inaugural bond issuance and is now listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising approximately NIS 50 million.

Hagit Ross, Elad Reshtick, Omri Oren, and Alon Anava represented the public company 3DM in a merger transaction, wherein 3DM will acquire Solrom Electronics Ltd. Solrom is engaged in the development, planning, production, and marketing of products primarily for use in the defense market.
