Adv. Eli Beloshevsky provides legal advice to international and local entities, and private and public-sector firms, on a wide range of employment law issues.

 

Eli provides ongoing legal counsel, advising on employee recruitment, working conditions, the management of disciplinary proceedings and terminations, retirement packages, human resources policies, sexual harassment prevention, workplace equality, confidentiality and non-compete agreements,and service agreements, etcetera.

 

Eli also has extensive experience managing complex and diverse litigation proceedings before labor courts and other tribunals, handling pre-litigation disputes, and managing procedures with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Labor, the Authority for the Advancement of the Status of Women, and the Population and Immigration Authority etcetera.

 

Additionally, Eli supports clients in various commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, structural changes, and privatizations. This support encompasses due diligence processes, legal risk assessments, drafting employment law-related conditions, and providing advice to foreign clients regarding applicable laws for employing workers in Israel.

 

Prior to joining Barnea, Eli worked in the labor law division of a leading commercial law firm.
