Roy Israel

Adv. Roy Israel represents public companies in tenders and other competitive procedures, in a variety of fields. These include local and international tenders for the purchase of goods and services, consultancy tenders, construction and infrastructure project tenders (BOT, DBO, etc.), communications tenders, and complex technological tenders.

In addition, Roy advises on large and complex infrastructure and construction projects, at all stages, and provides legal counsel on complex issues in the field of corporate governance.

Before joining the firm, Roy worked in the litigation department of a leading law firm and interned at the State Attorney’s Office.
