Yarden is an associate in the firm's Antitrust and Competition Department.
Adv. Yarden Anavi advises Israeli and international corporations on matters of antitrust and competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, dominant positions and monopolies, restrictive arrangements, and bid rigging.
She also represents the firm’s clients in various legal proceedings, including cases before the Competition Tribunal and the Director-General of the Israel Competition Authority, in matters related to competition and antitrust law.
Before joining the firm, Yarden interned at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Taxation and Economics), where she was involved in high-profile public interest cases in the field of economic criminal law.
