Nir is an associate in our firm’s Corporate Department.
Adv. Nir Alter represents local and international companies, startups, and entrepreneurs in raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and various commercial transactions.
Nir provides legal services on diverse aspects of commercial and corporate law to high-tech, energy, technology, and startup companies, beginning from the company’s formation.
His counsel covers drafting founders’ agreements, service agreements, and commercial agreements; advising on investment deals and mergers and acquisitions; and providing ongoing corporate support.
Nir completed his internship at Barnea Jaffe Lande.

Adv. Ken Shaked and Adv. Nir Alter represented Coppter Water Technologies, a startup specializing in swimming pool purification, in an approximately ILS 7.5 million investment by the public company Pharmocann. Coppter was established in 2022 with the support of the InNegev technology incubator.
