Eldad Nachmias

Eldad is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Adv. Eldad Nachmias represents clients in diverse and complex commercial real estate transactions.

As a part of his practice, Eldad advises developers and contractors from the preliminary stages of real estate transactions, including preparing legal examinations, conducting negotiations, and obtaining financing, until the registration of buildings’ and owners’ rights with the various registries.

Eldad also boasts experience in the planning and construction fields, including conducting planning tests and preparing opinions on complex planning issues.
