Elad Rashtik, Partner in our Finance and Public Companies Department, was interviewed by Globes following the forecast that we are on the brink of a new wave of IPOs by real estate companies, initially focusing primarily on bond offerings.

Elad Reshtick, a partner at our firm, guest lectured to a corporate secretariat course at BDO Financial Academy. Elad addressed officer and director compensation, insider information and transactions involving interested parties, financial reporting for managers, and preparing for public offerings. Elad has been invited to lecture to the course again in August, where he will focus on board of director matters and corporate governance.

Elad Reshtick, a partner at our firm, was invited to lecture at the Senior Business Management and Director Training Course of the Mafat Unit, responsible for the research and development of defense technologies and infrastructure. In his lecture, Elad covered important aspects of proper corporate governance, including director responsibilities, effective board management and its committees, providing participants with in-depth knowledge and practical tools.

Hagit Ross, Elad Reshtick, Omri Oren, and Alon Anava represented the public company 3DM in a merger transaction, wherein 3DM will acquire Solrom Electronics Ltd. Solrom is engaged in the development, planning, production, and marketing of products primarily for use in the defense market.

We represented Summa Technologies, which operates in the field of open banking, in obtaining a financial information services license from the Israel Securities Authority. Summa is the seventh company in Israel to receive this license. Elad Reshtick, and Ori Rodriguez represented the client in this matter.

Elad Reshtick, Omri Oren, and Raz Landau represented Mediterranean Towers Ltd. in a ILS 300 million issuance of a new series of bonds held earlier this week. The company received offers for approximately ILS 533 million in the institutional phase.

Elad Reshtick’s op-ed in TheMarker examines the dangers of companies disclosing marketing and sales updates in the guise of stock market filings, in order to attract investors.

Our firm is hosting the Israeli Association of Corporate Counsel’s course on how to read financial reports for in-house legal counsels. The duration of the course is eight sessions. In today’s session, Elad Reshtick lectured on company valuations, dividend distribution tests, pro-forma financial statements, and more.

As an expert in advising public companies, Elad Reshtick was asked to be a guest on the Association of Corporate Counsel’s podcast, where he spoke about the bond issuance process.

Elad Reshtick, a firm partner, lectured to members of a senior business management course on the do’s and don’ts of shareholder transactions. He delivered the lecture to the IDF unit of the Gender Affairs Advisor to the Chief of Staff in cooperation with the Israeli Directors’ Union.
