District Court Dismisses 66 Class Actions over Accessibility
In a precedential ruling, the Tel Aviv District Court dismissed 66 motions to certify class actions filed against dozens of public companies. The motions alleged the companies’ financial reports and reporting to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s MAYA system were not accessible to people with disabilities.
Eyal Nachshon, Zohar Haim Levinger, and Naama Ben Arosh Moshe represented a large number of the companies.

Representing the NFT GameChain in Its USD 24 Million A Round
We represented the Israeli crypto and NFT startup GameChain (UnCaged Studio) in raising USD 24 million as part of a series A round.
The round was led by Griffin Gaming Partners and was joined by Vgames, Maverick Ventures Israel, MaxStealth, Drive by DraftKings, and 6th Man Ventures.
Zvi Gabbay, Ariella Dreyfuss, Andrey Yanai and Tal Freilich provided representation in the transaction.

A new cycle of the jumpTAU accelerator program, from Tel Aviv University, has begun. The accelerator supports multicultural ventures, in an effort to promote cooperation between Arab and Jewish entrepreneurs.
Our firm advises the accelerator as part of a broad collaboration with Tel Aviv University. In a meeting held today, we lectured to the entrepreneurs on a number of relevant topics - Itay Gura lectured on startup financing and Anat Even-Chen lectured on website regulations and privacy policies.

Accessibility Requirements for Public Company Reports – Advising the Association of Publicly Traded Companies
Our firm is advising the Association of Publicly Traded Companies vis-a-vis the Ministry of Justice, the Commission for Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, and the Israel Securities Authority regarding accessibility requirements for public company reports.
From the legal review we prepared for the client, we determined there is no place or justification, even from a broad international perspective, to impose accessibility requirements on companies with regard to public company reports, or to allow private enforcement (in the form of class action lawsuits) against public companies.
