Adv. Galia Shahar provides ongoing legal advice as well as representation during labor court proceedings. She advises employers on various aspects of private and collective labor law. She prepares legal opinions and various legal agreements, such as employment agreements and termination agreements (including advice before hearings).
Galia also advises on non-competition, non-disclosure, and confidentiality clauses, as well as collective agreements.
