Roni Wohl

Roni is an associate in the Firm’s Public Corporations and Finance Department.

Adv. Roni Wohl provides legal counsel to both private and public companies, advising them on all aspects of their business activities and commercial matters.

Her work involves guiding clients through complex legal issues across various areas of commercial law and corporate law, including commercial transactions and corporate governance.

Before joining Barnea, Roni completed her internship in the Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions Department at a leading law firm.
