Shoval Mandel

As part of her work at the firm, Shoval advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. She guides developers and contractors from the preliminary stages of real estate transactions, including preparing legal examinations, conducting negotiations, obtaining financing, etc., to the registration of buildings and the rights of owners with the various registries.

Shoval specializes in managing a wide range of real estate transactions, including combination transactions, urban renewal transactions (NOP 38 and pinui-binui projects), land and asset sale and purchase transactions, complex commercial lease agreements, etc. She advises clients on both residential and commercial projects.

Shoval also has experience preparing financing agreements, drafting agreements with contractors and consultants, and providing representation in legal proceedings involving real estate.
