Genia Fikhman

Genia provides legal services to government companies and to statutory corporations relating to their engagements and to corporate governance.

Within the framework of her legal work, Genia assists clients in preparing tenders for services, goods, consultants, etc. She advises throughout all stages of a tender, from drawing up documents to selection of a winner.

Genia also routinely advises tender committees and provides legal advice to private companies in relation to tenders in general and infrastructure and construction tenders in particular, including submissions to various types of tenders and ongoing legal counsel.

Additionally, Genia provides legal services to companies in relation to corporate governance.

Prior to joining our firm, Genia was a member of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs’ legal team and was in charge of the Department of Social Services’ social purchasing and engagements.
