Maya Lapid

Adv. Maya Lapid advises corporations on a wide range of activities in the field of commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and various commercial transactions.

In her role, Maya provides legal advice to various types of corporations at all stages of their development, from incorporation to ongoing business operations, as well as drafting various types of commercial agreements, including founders’ agreements, shareholders’ agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, purchase and investment agreements, distribution agreements, and more.

Additionally, Maya also counsels non-profit organizations (such as amutot, public benefit companies and endowments) in all aspects of their operations, both regarding regulatory and corporate issues, as well as addressing unique issues related to non-profits and their activities. This includes drafting donation agreements, assisting with obtaining the Certificate of Proper Management (‘Nihul Takin’), and aiding in securing the Israel Tax Authority approval for tax credit/exemption for donations (according to Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance).
